Please note that as a wholesale provider, we only accept returns for significant discrepancies in grade or authenticity to maintain our competitive pricing.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and detailed photos of the items that do not meet the specified vintage grade.
Review and Approval
Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original condition and include the RMA form inside the parcel to ensure your return is processed correctly.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned bale or bundle, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
